Zoom meetings

Connect your Zoom account

You need an active ActionNudge member account with meeting access and a Zoom account. Owners, admins, managers, sales agents and service agents can connect their own account; analysts have read-only access.

  1. Open Integrations > Meetings in your workspace.
  2. When available, select Connect Zoom and review the permissions on Zoom's consent screen.
  3. Authorize the connection, then confirm the host account shown in ActionNudge.

If you see Setup pending, the connection has not been enabled by ActionNudge yet. Contact our team; changing your password will not resolve that status.

Create a meeting and insert its link
  1. Open an email reply or a Quote-to-Payment follow-up draft, then select the calendar icon.
  2. Choose Meeting source > Zoom. Enter the title, date, time, duration and time zone.
  3. Select Create & insert. Review the attendee link and your message before sending.

Creating or inserting a meeting link does not send the email, add attendees to a calendar invitation or release a complaint-related follow-up hold. Existing message approval requirements still apply.

A connection or meeting was not confirmed

For authorization errors, check that you are signed in to the intended Zoom account and that your Zoom administrator permits the app. If ActionNudge shows Reconnect required, reconnect from Integrations > Meetings.

If a meeting stays pending or unconfirmed, use Check meeting status and inspect your meetings in Zoom before creating another. An interrupted response can leave a meeting created in Zoom without confirmation in ActionNudge.

Verify the meeting is in the future and uses the intended time zone. Send the error text to support if the problem continues, without including the meeting link.

Disconnect or remove ActionNudge from Zoom

In ActionNudge, open Integrations > Meetings > Disconnect and confirm. This clears the stored connection credentials and prevents further meeting creation through that connection.

To revoke the app's authorization in Zoom too, sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open My Library, find the ActionNudge app, then choose More > Remove and confirm. See Zoom's app-removal guide.

Disconnecting does not cancel existing Zoom meetings, remove links from drafts or delete saved meeting records. For deletion requests, contact support and review our Privacy Policy.

Account & billing

I cannot access my workspace

Use the member sign-in page for your workspace, not the separate administrator site. If your invitation, temporary access or password recovery is not working, email support from your account address and include your workspace name. Do not send your password or a sign-in link.

I have a subscription or charge question

Contact support with your workspace name, charge date and invoice reference. Never send full card details. Read our Refund Policy for billing-error and refund requests.

For an invoice your business sent to one of its own customers, open a workspace support request and specify Quote-to-Payment. These invoices are separate from your ActionNudge subscription.

Privacy & security

For data-access or deletion requests, email support@actionnudge.com. For a security concern, use the subject Security report and describe the issue without sharing credentials or customer data.
