What this policy covers
This policy covers subscription fees paid to ActionNudge for its own software service. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
It does not cover invoices or payments between an ActionNudge member and that member's customers. Those transactions are governed by the seller's agreements, refund policy and applicable law. Recording a complaint or payment in ActionNudge does not transfer responsibility for that transaction to us.
Your 14-day trial
Eligible workspaces receive one 14-day trial beginning when the payment provider confirms their first subscription after payment authorization. Registration or selecting a preferred plan does not create a charge.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. If you do not cancel, the authorized monthly fee becomes due at the end of the trial and recurs each month until canceled. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. There is no annual subscription.
Monthly fees and exceptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not normally provide partial-month refunds, unused-time credits or refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, forgetting to cancel or a feature clearly identified as unavailable before purchase.
This rule does not override mandatory cancellation or refund rights, remedies for misrepresentation or failure to supply a service where applicable, or other legal protections. Duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed separately and confirmed billing errors are corrected.
Canceling future charges
A workspace owner or administrator can open Billing in the member app and cancel an active subscription when subscription management is available. Cancel before the next renewal and retain the confirmation. If you cannot access cancellation, email support@actionnudge.com promptly with your workspace and billing email so we can assist.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and retains access through the previously confirmed trial or paid-through date, unless a separate security, legal or terms restriction applies. It does not reverse an existing charge. A refund request, deleting a mailbox connection or stopping use of the service does not itself cancel a subscription.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us if you believe you were charged twice for the same subscription period, charged an amount or currency different from the authorized checkout, charged after an effective cancellation, or charged without authorization.
We will investigate the subscription, payment-provider records and any cancellation confirmation. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected, including a refund where appropriate or required by law. A pending payment authorization may not be a settled charge; your provider can confirm its status.
If you suspect unauthorized use, also contact your payment provider promptly. Nothing in this policy restricts a lawful dispute or chargeback right, and contacting us is not a condition for exercising those rights.
Requesting a review
Email support@actionnudge.com with the subject "Billing review" and include:
- Your account email and workspace name or identifier.
- The charge date, amount, currency and payment provider.
- The invoice or transaction reference, if available.
- A brief explanation and any relevant cancellation confirmation.
Do not send full card numbers, security codes, account passwords or authenticator codes. We may verify your authority to discuss the subscription. Reviews are handled by support; submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved.
How approved refunds are handled
Approved refunds are processed manually through the original payment provider and normally returned to the original payment method in the original charge currency. We will explain the decision and confirm when an approved refund has been submitted.
The time until funds appear depends on the provider and your bank. We do not guarantee an instant refund or a fixed bank processing time. Any effect on the subscription and access period will be explained separately. Your bank's exchange rates or fees are outside our control, without limiting any rights you have under applicable law.
Policy changes and contact
We will publish an updated effective date for changes to this policy. Material changes will be communicated as required and will not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier charges.
